e-volution and the world

Around the World in 0 Seconds Flat

While enjoying the face-to-face contact with my students, the thrill that it provides a teacher to be standing in front of an audience, you can’t imagine the thrill to be doing it over the Web.

I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with a Business/IT Services and Support company located in Edinburgh Scotland to co-create and co-host a workshop via Web. The workshops’ main topics were about e-mail management as well as the technologies available to overcome distance constraints. The e-mail management aspect discussed issues such as storage space, spam, viruses, as well as some Microsoft Outlook management tips in 2007.

The Microsoft Outlook 2007 e-mail Management Tips demonstration was done live from Canada via desktop sharing and the connection from Oshawa, ON Canada to Edinburgh, Scotland UK was stable and secure, the delay was almost non-existant if any at all.

I was able to interact with the audience live with the help of Skype video Conferencing.

I look forward to growing my business in this direction, e-volution has no boundaries!.
