Microsoft Office Access has an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) with similar tools as all the Microsoft Office Suite Applications for formatting your forms and reports. And since Microsoft Office is used by over 500 million people worldwide, the time required to train your own database administrator will be greatly reduced.
